ALU - Proxy IGMP

Proxy IGMP:

You have two routers connected back to back via a PPP serial connection.  A multicast server in the 1.1.2.0 subnet will be streaming a video broadcast soon.  Users in subnet 1.1.3.0 will need to see that broadcast.  The administrator of R3 will not allow PIM to be ran on his router.  Allow users on the 1.1.3.0 subnet to view the multicast video session.
